HOFMARK am Olympiapark: living, residing, and working in one district

Munich’s Olympiapark will soon be home to a new district integrated in an urban environment, but set apart by its singular identity: Hofmark, where you can find new concepts for living, residing, and working.

In the next few years, the former Wacker Neuson site near Olympiapark is to be transformed into an urban district with a high proportion of residential properties. The aim is to build a lively, mixed-use residential district with approximately 225 apartments, around 27% of which will be social housing, and in doing so to create living space that is modern, urban and, above all, affordable.
