Munich, February 19, 2019: ISARIA Wohnbau AG’s Supervisory Board has appointed Peter Finkbeiner as new Chief Executive Officer of the company. Finkbeiner will assume his duties with effect from March 1, 2019. He takes over this position from Jan-Christoph Düdden, who is leaving the company and moving to Hudson Advisors, a company closely affiliated to Lone Star, the main shareholder.
“We are pleased to have gained the services of Peter Finkbeiner with his proven real estate and capital market expertise. With him on board, we will be able to continue our successful growth course,” said Alexander Hesse, Chairman of ISARIA Wohnbau AG’s Supervisory Board. Finkbeiner holds approximately 20 years of experience in the real estate sector. He has been a member of S-DAX-listed TLG Immobilien AG’s Executive Board since 2013.
Jan-Christoph Düdden has been CEO since May 2018, and had previously been on ISARIA Wohnbau AG’s Supervisory Board since 2016. “We thank Jan-Christoph Düdden for all his valued work and wish him continued success,” said Hesse.
