DIAMALTPARK: From a bouillon cube factory to a residential quarter

With its new construction project DIAMALTPARK, ISARIA Wohnbau is creating a new urban quarter in Munich-Allach. At the heart of the project is a central public green space and the quarter's center, based in listed buildings used for commercial purposes. The new quarter will be constructed in six phases and will have green inner courtyards, shared roof terraces and playgrounds, and three daycare centers.

In the first phase (DIA 2), 1- to 4-room condominiums will be created, with 2- to 4-room condominiums being created in the second phase (DIA 6). Special highlights of this new phase DIA 6 include seven timber buildings, with which ISARIA seeks to make a pioneering contribution to the quarter's sustainable development.
